Single Barrel Tequila House Los Altos de Jalisco

No two barrels alike.

Tusk’ave Tequila. A tequila house dedicated to single-barrel releases, where each cask is selected, aged and bottled as its own expression.

One cask at a time

Never blended, never batched into a house style.

Additive-free

Cooked agave and time in oak. Nothing else.

Los Altos de Jalisco

One highland region. One partner distillery.

Who decides

We don't choose
the barrels.

The maestros at our partner distillery call every cask: when it comes out, and the strength it is bottled at. We don't overrule them.

One agave. Three oaks. No two barrels alike.

American, French and Hungarian oak. Three toasts each. Nine ways to ask the same question.

American oak cask
American Once held Bourbon
French oak cask
French Once held Wine
Hungarian oak cask
Hungarian Once held Cognac

The line we don't cross

Not a day later.

A barrel comes out when the oak has said everything it has to say and the cooked agave is still speaking underneath it.

The reserve

Choose yours.

Every cask listed with its age, oak, toast, proof and its full specification sheet. Read the barrel before you buy it.

Tequila is a Mexican work of art. We built Tusk'ave so it could speak in more than one voice.
